A reimbursement process that meets your satisfaction:
You can get the refund of your purchase by requesting the cancellation of your order before taking possession of the goods, without any charge or penalty (unless delivery in short)
When you find that items delivered to your home are damaged, you must report it to one of our customer service agents within 2 days of delivery (excluding statutory holidays).

It is very important to us that you are always satisfied when you order from us. This is why we understand that it is possible that you change your mind after your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of the OGarden, you can return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery. This must be packed in the same conditions as it was received and therefore ready for pickup. A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase amount will apply.
To request a return, please contact our customer service department at 1-833-838-3737 or email us with your order number. An authorization number will be issued to you. Authorization may be obtained under the following circumstances: 1) Order error 2) Delivery error 3) Defective merchandise in original packaging, with supporting photos. Please confirm the reason for your call or email.
Delivery charges and the return of merchandise are not refundable. The refund amount will be applied to the initial payment method, following the receipt and acceptance of the product by Ogarden.
