A reimbursement process that meets your satisfaction:
You can get the refund of your purchase by requesting the cancellation of your order before taking possession of the goods, without any charge or penalty (unless delivery in short)

DAMAGED ITEMS 

When you find that items delivered to your home are damaged, you must report it to one of our customer service agents within 2 days of delivery (excluding statutory holidays).

RETURNS PROTOCOL 

Have you changed your mind? The furniture fits less well than expected at home? No problem! We make sure of your complete satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of one of our products, you can return it in its original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be packaged under the same conditions as they were received and ready for pick up. To request a return, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-833-838-3737 with your order number (invoice). An authorization number will be issued to you. Permission can be obtained under the following circumstances: 1) Order error 2) Delivery error 3) Defective merchandise in original packaging with supporting photos. Thank you to confirm the reason for your call.
 
Delivery charges and the return of merchandise are not refundable. The refund amount will be applied to the initial payment method, following the receipt and acceptance of the product by Ogarden.
